Our zero-tolerance policy means that we’ll look into and review every allegation of violation of our Code of Conduct and respond appropriately. Why is this policy important? By creating an official policy, we aim to create a safe space for all participants by making it clear that inappropriate behavior/harassment of anyone for any reason is not acceptable within our events and programs. Our hope is that by having every participant agree to this policy we will prevent potential harassment and inappropriate behavior. Additionally, by clearly defining expectations for behavior, we aim to provide reassurance and a sense of safety, and encouragement for all people included to participate.
