Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

LIT UP MEMBERSHIP
No refunds; however you can cancel your membership anytime as commitment is simply month to month.

PODCASTING JUMPSTARTER
No refunds. Enjoy 90 days complimentary access to The Insider membership as part of the bundle. After 90 days The Insider will bill automatically at $10 per month. We will send multiple reminders to you via email before the 90 days finish so you can decide if you want to cancel or continue on.

YOUR TURN TO PODCAST PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

If you have selected the 12-month payment plan option, you are legally required to complete all 12 payments of the agreement. This is NOT a subscription that can be canceled at will. If you need assistance updating your payment information or have questions about your payment plan, please email [email protected].

YOUR TURN TO PODCAST REFUND POLICY

We do not offer any refunds. However, we guarantee you’ll be satisfied with this program if you do the work. If you decide the program isn’t what you need after 2 weeks, let us know and we’ll cancel any future payments owing or refund your pay in full payment less $297. THE LAST DAY TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION IS SUNDAY OCTOBER 17, 2021 at 11:59pm PACIFIC. Please email us at [email protected] to process your request.

For refunds less $297 for pay in full purchases these will be processed on October 18 and 19, 2021.

MTDT PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

MTDT REFUND POLICY

We guarantee you’ll be satisfied with this program if you do the work. If you decide the program isn’t what you need after all, show us the work you have completed in the first 2 weeks and we’ll refund you for the remainder of the class. THE LAST DAY TO REQUEST A REFUND IS FRIDAY FEBRUARY 19 for the January 2021 cohort and FRIDAY JULY 2 for the June 2021 cohort. Please email us at hello@cathyheller.com to process your request.

THE QUITTERS CLUB PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

If you have selected the 6-month payment plan option, you are legally required to complete all 6 payments of the agreement. This is NOT a subscription that can be canceled at will. If you need assistance updating your payment information or have questions about your payment plan, please email [email protected].

THE QUITTERS CLUB REFUND POLICY
We guarantee you’ll be satisfied with this program if you do the work. If you decide the program isn’t what you need after all, show us the work you have completed from the Ditch Your Day Job Workshop and Confidence Code Workshop within 10 days of purchase. THE LIGHTHOUSE COLLECTIVE PAYMENT POLICY

The Lighthouse Collective is a month to month subscription that you may cancel at anytime. There are no refunds. You may also purchase a 3 month bundle at a discounted rate. There are no refunds for the 3 month commitment but you may cancel before the next billing cycle. CODE OF CONDUCT

Cathy Heller and team are dedicated to providing a respectful, inclusive and harassment-free event experience for everyone regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, color, ethnicity, nationality, national origin, race, age, religion, or other protected category.

All participants of Cathy Heller programs and events, both in person and online/virtual, are expected to treat everyone with respect. Participants should acknowledge that everyone in attendance deserves to be there — and everyone has the right to enjoy the experience without fear of harassment, discrimination, or condescension, whether blatant or via micro-aggressions. We do not tolerate inappropriate behavior or harassment of event participants in any form. Cathy Heller and Team takes violations of our Code of Conduct seriously and will respond appropriately.

Cathy Heller and Team have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:

Stalking/following
Deliberate intimidation
Harassing photography or recording
Sustained disruption of talks or other events
Offensive verbal language
Sexual imagery and language
Inappropriate physical contact
Unwelcome sexual or physical attention
Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Disregard for the rules and requests set forth by staff

We empower and encourage participants to report any behavior that makes them or others feel uncomfortable by letting our staff know immediately by emailing [email protected] or privately talking with your mentor.

Participants asked to stop any inappropriate or harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Our zero-tolerance policy means that we’ll look into and review every allegation of violation of our Code of Conduct and respond appropriately. Please note, while we take all concerns raised seriously, we will use our discretion as to determining when and how to follow up on reported incidents, and may decline to take any further action and/or may direct the participant to other resources for resolution. This policy extends to all participants attending any Cathy Heller programs and events taking place on or offline. This includes, but is not limited to programs, retreats, sessions, forums, workshops, dinners, social media, conferences.

Cathy Heller and team reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, any program or event (including future events) at any time in its sole discretion for failure to comply with this Code of Conduct. If a participant engages in harassing or inappropriate behavior, the program or event managers may take any action they deem appropriate, including issuing a warning or expelling the offender from the program or event. Cathy Heller and team will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of removal from the program or event. Cathy Heller and team reserves the right to exercise discretion in connection with any exceptions.

Why is this policy important? By creating an official policy, we aim to create a safe space for all participants by making it clear that inappropriate behavior/harassment of anyone for any reason is not acceptable within our events and programs. Our hope is that by having every participant agree to this policy we will prevent potential harassment and inappropriate behavior. Additionally, by clearly defining expectations for behavior, we aim to provide reassurance and a sense of safety, and encouragement for all people included to participate.

This privacy policy applies to the use of all our web properties including this site.
